Another good way…
…to keep your food from being stolen while on vacation…rent a home or a cabin. That way, you will have a fridge in the house, and if someone comes in to steal your food, you can always beat them up! 
For instance, how about a Pigeon Forge cabin rental?
Mike and I have been considering a vacation below the Mason-Dixon line one day, mostly because they still have a lot of old railroads and stuff down there, in the mountains. That would be heaven to him! For me, it would be more of the peace and quiet…but of course, I’d have to check and see if they have any minor leage baseball teams down that way! I’m sure that there just be! 
BTW…that porta-fridge is chilling very nicely so far. It’s been about an hour now, and it’s gotten pretty cold!
