It was from this CatFancy Page-A-Day Calendar from several years ago. It’s dated August 12, and I officially bought the domain on August 14.

I got a message from my domain registrar, DirectNic.com, saying that it would expire in 15 days, so I needed to renew it. Yeah, they notified by when it was 90 days, then 60 days, and then 30 days, but I kept putting it off. Last year, I put it off after getting the 15 day notice, and the site went down for a few days, until I renewed it and waited for it to propgate all over the interwebs again. That was annoying, and I certainly can’t afford to be down for that long NOW.

So I just renewed it today, now. All is well with the world!

I’ve been re-working my cats’ blog, The Purrfect Website. It has been sadly neglected for months, and I wanted to bring it back. And it IS back now, with a new WordPress theme!

I liked the first theme I had on it…but when I upgraded my WP installation, it broke that theme, and I could not for the life of me get it working again. I don’t know why. But I actually like this new one better.

Happy Cat says to go and take a look! Now! It still needs a little more tweaking, but it’s almost the way I want it now.

So now, I finally have blogs on all four domains that I own. My little blog empire!
