Comment spammers are jerks

I just got this comment in my email from a spammer:

I don’t think I will ever get a flu shot. I eat right and stay healthy and let my natural immune system fight of sickness. It makes me stronger and so I don’t have to rely on medicine to be healthy.

It was in response to my previous post, about my having gotten a flu shot.  I did not approve the comment, because for one thing, it was from a spammer (link went to a commercial website), and for another, I found it rude and condescending.

Hey, asswipe spammer, I have a message for you…I do eat well and all, but I have still gotten wicked sick, year after fucking year.  I went to Las Vegas last year, and my trip was all but ruined because I was so fucking sick.  The two years before that, I was knocked out for at least a month at a time.  Every fucking year, this time of year, it happens.  Maybe my immune system isn’t working as well as it used to, maybe I need a little fucking help so as not to get sick again this year.   If you fell off your holier-than thou perch and actually got sick as badly as I have, maybe then you’d at least shut the fuck up and quit talking down to people.

Asswipe spammer, it is also clear to me that your so-called healthy lifestyle does little good for your brain power.  Most bloggers moderate comments these days, because we don’t like spammy little worms like you messing with our comments.  Do you REALLY think that when you insult and talk down to us this way, that we’ll actually approve your comments?

Fuck off and die.  I’m only doing what I have to do so that I don’t miss out on the beer festival, the Granite State Baseball Dinner, and the B.B. King concert coming up in November.  I’d also like to be able to cook Thanksgiving dinner this year…one year I was so sick that I couldn’t.  I love Toikey Day, and I was heartbroken.

You don’t read my blog, you know NOTHING about me.  You just came here to place some lame-assed spam link in my comments.  If you knew me, you’d know that I am not a big fan of doctors and medicine myself.  But yes, even I go that route when nothing else helps.  I try not to, but sometimes, it has to be done.

I hope you get run over by a bus.
