Buy.com is an excellent company.  I have ordered quite a few things from them, and have been very satisfied with the quality of the products I bought, the time it took to ship, as well as the customer service.  I had one item disappear into the bowels of the Evil Post Office, never to be seen again.  I told the folks at Buy.com that I never got it because it got lost in the mail, and they refunded my money.  I re-ordered the item and had it shipped to Mike’s work, which is pretty much what I have to do when I can’t have things sent to the P.O. box.
