This place, known forevermore as The Hospital From Hell, is a joke. Well, it’s been a joke from the get-go, but they have found even more ways to piss me off…if that is even possible!

Today, Mike had his colonoscopy, to find out if he has cancer or not. Needless to say, this is some stressful shit! Yet The Hospital From Hell seems to enjoy looking for and finding ways to make it even more stressful.

I have already ranted many times about the parking at this shithole…as in, there’s not enough of it. I had to drop Mike off at the door this morning, and leave, because there was nowhere to park. I went home, and hoped that someone would bother to call me when it was time to come back to pick him up.

Someone did call…at 11:45 AM. She said that I should come at 12:05 PM to collect Mike, that she’d have him down at the main entrance. No problem, as the place is only 10 minutes away from here.

I got there, only to see the entrance blocked by a couple of rent-a-cops. WTF? They were waving people by, and not letting anyone into the parking area. Why, I don’t know.

I drove around the block, and when I came back around, the rent-a-cops were still there, waving people past. This time, I rolled down my window and told them that I was there to pick up a patient. They still didn’t want to let me in at first, but I asked them what the FUCK did they expect me to do? The hospital had called ME to tell me to pick Mike up, to be outside the main entrance. He had been under anesthesia, and all.

Finally, dumbass rent-a-cops let me in. I pulled up outside the main entrance, as they told me to. It was exactly 12:05, and Mike wasn’t there. I had to sit there waiting until 12:30 for someone to finally bring him down. I was stuck in the car, as it’s not a legal parking space, only for picking up/dropping off patients. I had to stay in the car to keep from getting ticketed or towed. And I couldn’t even call to find out what was going on, as I’d put my cell on the charger, and forgot to bring it in my haste to get to the shithole to rescue Mike.

I hate that fucking place. I really hope to never have to go there ever again!
