I look like a junkie….

The bruising on my arm from having blood drawn looks rather nasty. I was wondering how well my Bare Minerals makeup could do in covering it up somewhat.

It didn’t cover the bruising completely, but now it is FAR less noticeable.
I first applied Multi-Tasking Bisque, using the Full Coverage Kabuki Brush. Then I used my Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush to touch up the darker areas.
Then I repeated this process, using Bare Minerals SPF15 Foundation, in the Light shade. First with the Kabuki Brush all over the bruised area, then touch-up with the Concealer Brush. Then tissue off any excess, to keep it from rubbing off on your clothes.
It wasn’t perfect, you can still see some bruising there, but it is a VAST improvement. The bruises are nowhere near as noticeable as they were without the makeup. And it doesn’t even look like I have makeup on.
This would probably work just as well with any brand of mineral makeup and similar style brushes. Who says makeup is just for the face? ![]()
