Information overload?
It seems like every time you turn on the TV, there’s a commercial or talk show subject about dieting. And when you go to the supermarket, just about every women’s mag at the checkout has artickes about one diet plan or another. There is so much out there, that it can get very confusing. Which diet is the best to try?
If you are looking to lose weight, you should sit down and do a Diet Comparison. Keep in mind that what works for me, might not work for you…everyboday is different!
The only diet I really cannot recommend is the “Deathbed Diet”. Remember last winter, when I didn’t blog for weeks and weeks? Well, as you may know, I was officially On My Deathbed with the flu. That was horrible…I could barely eat anything, and if I did try to eat, I gacked it all up. Needless to say, I did lose a lot of weight. But it not fun.
Besides, I’ve long since gained it all back, anyway. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need a more healty plan that you can stick to!
