More Monday Mstuph
I am SO loving the bargains I get at Sizzix.com, in the Clearance Aisle! Especially their Tuesday Teasers!
Today, the UPS man brought me this “go slim” lowercase alphabet set…it’s on sale for $50.00, but I got it for $40.00 as a Tuesday Teaser special. I also snagged this luggage tag die for half off retail. This makes a cute frame for a small photo, for any card or scrapbook page.
As you can tell, I just LOVE this die-cutting stuph, and it’s so cool to be able to add to my collection without haveing to pay full retail for ANY of it!
I’d love to get the “GO SLIM” uppercase alphabet as well, but that’s not been marked down yet. That’s okay, because I often just use lowercase letters in my work. If I ever see it marked down, great, I’ll buy it…but I am in no rush to go out and pay full price! It will be marked down eventually…I just need to be patient!

I’m still going to go ahead with trying out for the QuicKutz Design Team. Who knows, maybe they will accept me, and then they’ll send me some free stuph to design with!

Sometimes I actually see things on TV infomercials that I want. Such as this: Malt Shop Memories. Most of this music is before my time, but still…I am such a geezer! I am sorely tempted to order this set!

Check out the first letter in this Dear Abby column. While it is tragic that this woman’s baby was stillborn, it’s still some seriously fucked up shit to have a picture of a dead baby on one’s desk at work. If she wants to have such a picture, that’s her right, I suppose…but does it HAVE to be someplace where other people have to look at it? I agree wtih Abby here…this is something that should be kept private.
