So we’ve been out most of the day…first collecting the mail at the Good Post Office. My electric bill FINALLY came! Now I can just go and pay it already, and not have to worry about getting the power shut off. But I hope I don’t have to nag them every three months for the rest of the time we live here, just to get a lousy bill. They should be sending it every month, and they NEED to fix the problem here!

As planned, we went to Legal Sea Foods in the Burlington Maul for lunch. I call it a *maul* for a reason…I hate these places as a general rule, and always feel as if I am being *mauled* by the crowds therein. But sometimes, there’s good reason to go there, and I had good reasons for today.

Lunch was yummie, but Mike didn’t feel like driving to the train show, as he gets a bit drowsy after eating. So he opted to go and take a quick nap out in the car, while I went and did my thing. He really didn’t feel like tagging along with me, especially after informing him that my first stop was to be a makeup store.

He would have hated Sephora anyway. The place smells like makeup, lots of it, and Mike hates smells like that…he is allergic to many fragrances that are in various products. So no, he’d not have been happy in that store. Not at all!

But I sure was! I headed straight for the Bare Escentuals section, to look for the items I wanted. I walked out of that store with a bit more than planned, but what the hell? I had a good week of paid blogging, so the money was there.
