The air that I breathe
I’ve seen the Oreck Air Purifier advertised on late night infomercials. I’ve wanted to get one, but the price was prohibitive. But I just found it at a fabulous low sale price at Buy.com, and I am seriously tempted.
Mike has allergies, this we know. Not to the cats, at least not that we know of, but to a lot of other things. Having a high-quality air purifier such as this one might do a lot to keep him from sneezing so much.
Also, it’s possible that I could have unknown allergies. I found out last week at the ER that I had a sinus infection (among other things), which was treated with medication. But the doc said that I could possibly have allergies that I don’t know about, such as dust, cat dander (!), and who knows what else.
Even without allergies, fresh air would be nice. I can’t open windows around this place, due to morons outside that look in and annoy us, and the cats. There’s also the noise issue. And pollution. Idiots outside sit in their cars, leave the engines running, AND blast loud music. Who needs that?

I have been wanting to get one of those for a long time too. With 3 cats, sometimes the house doesn’t smell so fresh as I’m sure you know…LOL
